Water and Vitamin Supplements
Vital To Living Longer
Water, oil, and gasoline are vital in keeping the
engine of our cars running at their optimum level. Our bodies are
very complex machine that need water and vitamins, to keep our
bodies functioning at its optimum level.
Water is the most important substance that our body
requires for life. The human body can only go for few days without
water. When water is present our body can survive up to 6 to 8 weeks
without food.
The average adult body contains about 45 liters of
water at all times, 30 liters of that water is used it to circulate
fluids through our body, 3 liters circulate as blood plasma, and the
remaining 12 liters surround the cells and makes up lymph and
various other secretions.
Water is vital for keeping your body functioning
properly. Digestion, absorption and transportation of nutrients rely
on water. Water also helps with various chemical processes such as;
diluting our body waste toxicity and aid in their excretion. Water
provides protection by keep our body temperature at a safe level,
produces our amniotic fluid to protect the growth of a fetus and
providing a cushion to protect the cells in our body. Without water
we would not have tears, salvias, gastric juices, and soft smooth
skin.
On average an adult intake of water should be
between 6 to 8 glasses a day. Some of it comes from beverages we
drink through out the day (water, soda, juice and etc.) and some
comes from the water in foods such as fruits, and vegetables. The
consumption of water may vary every day. Your water intake will
raise in hot weather, during an excise routine, fever, cold, or
other illness. The rule of thumb is when you feel thirsty your body
needs water.
In our science classes we were taught that doctors
have know for more than 2,000 years that eating certain foods that
are rich in with vitamins prevents or cures diseases. Lemons and
limes high in Vitamin C prevents scurry and liver cures night
blindness,
Dr. Fund, who was a biochemist from Poland, said,”
foods contain essential chemical supplements which we know today as
vitamins.” In 1913 Vitamin A became the first vitamin to be
identified by two separate American research teams.
There are 13 essential vitamins that are vital
maintaining good health and preventing diseases. Vitamins come from
the foods we eat, but in today’s society many vitamins are lost
because of over processed foods and eating less fresh vegetables,
grains, protein, and living in a society of fast food eaters. That’s
why it necessary to add liquid vitamin supplement to your diet
because of our poor eating habits. Vitacerin™, Daytrillen ™, and
Kitrillen ™. Using a liquid vitamin supplement has a greater
absorption rate than a vitamin supplement in pill form. Vitamins are
needed to maintain good health. The United States the Food and
Nutrition Board of the National Academy
Science has established recommended daily allowance
for 11 Vitamin (fat-soluble
vitamins, vitamin A, D, E, and K, water-soluble vitamins Biotin
Foliate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B2, B1, B12, and Vitamin
C). to keep our bodies in optimum health.
Vitamins are classified according to how they are
absorbed. The fat-soluble are stored in the liver and fatty tissue.
The water-soluble vitamins are excreted in the urine; they need to
be consumed more often.
Although the body can manufacture some vitamins,
most of the vitamins we need come from our food and vitamin
supplements. A deficiency of any of the 13 essential vitamins can
result in serious disease. Vitamins can cure or prevent deficiency
diseases and are essential to energy conversion and many other body
metabolic processes. Antioxidants that we receive from vitamins or
vitamin supplement may help prevent cancer, heart disease, and other
disorders. Riadicol™
