How to Cope With
Stressful Thoughts

Here's how to approach this problem.
First isolate the stressful thought, close your eyes and focus on it
briefly then count to three. If you are alone shout "stop" or if you
are in the presence of others imagine a stop sign, a flashing red
light, or the word "stop" in big bold letters.
If these thoughts are still present then repeat this process again.
Once these thoughts are gone then return to your normal activity.
